Labor Law Posters
Both federal and state regulations require covered employers to display and keep displayed in conspicuous locations, posters that identify employee's rights under various employment related laws. Posters must be displayed at each of the employer's facilities where all employees and applicants for employment can readily view them. Failure to do so can result in a fine by federal and state agencies. For cities and counties with multiple offices and work locations, this will require several posters.
