A crisis and communicating through it can be detrimental to an organization if unprepared. In this webinar, we will explore methods of communication within an organization and to the public in the event of an irregular or emergency situation. We will discuss how to set up channels of communication in advance, communication during the crisis both internally and with the public, and appropriate messages to send.
