Eliminating Drugs And Alcohol In The Workplace
This program examines employee substance abuse and its effect on performance, efficiency, and morale. We will teach participants:
- How to recognize the signs of drug and alcohol abuse
- The benefits of Employee Assistance Programs
- When the employer can order drug and alcohol testing
- What options are available when an employee refuses to submit to a test, or tampers with the test
