Phil McFarren

Phil McFarren joined Clemans Nelson in 2024 and is a Senior Consultant working out of the Akron Office. Phil came to the agency after 15 years working in Municipal Executive Human Resources Management. He helps clients with human resources management, classification, wage, and compensation plans, disciplinary processes, policy management, and training and employee development. He is an engaging and experienced presenter and trainer presenting at both the State and local levels. Phil has a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Malone University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and the State and National Chapters of the Public Employer Labor Relations Association (OHPELRA & NPELRA).
