Rob has over 35 years’ experience at the State and County level in law enforcement and human resources. Rob has experience in labor negotiations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance meetings. He also has experience in policy development, personnel management, and workplace investigations.
Rob received his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
