Presenters
Amanda Riess is a Human Resources and Communications Professional with Clemans Nelson & Associates, Inc. She provides consulting services to employers to help improve their practices. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Otterbein University and Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University. She has presented on various topics relative to employers.
Daniel Sabol is the Director of Administrative Practice and Investigations and represents clients before the State Employment Relations Board, OCRC, EEOC and other administrative agencies, as well as oversees CNA’s workplace investigations. Dan advises clients in human resource management, labor relations and negotiations, regulatory compliance, discipline, and policy development. He regularly conducts training on a variety of human resource and labor issues such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination/harassment, and the use of social media in the workplace.
