Amanda Riess

Amanda Riess is an Account Manager working in our Columbus office. She assists clients in areas of discipline, internal investigations, arbitrations, labor relations, policy development, compensation studies, crisis communications, and a variety of other human resources and management issues. She provides workplace trainings in areas including civility in the workplace, bullying, ethics, the use of technology and social media, discriminatory harassment, leadership, supervisor fundamentals, and other topics based on the needs of the client.

Prior to returning to her native Northwest Ohio, Amanda was a litigation attorney for 14 years in Illinois. Amanda holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Otterbein University and a J.D. from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law.
